Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats (e.g, Snoqualmie Falls)
  • 2 cups Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Skim Milk
  • 1/3 cups Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Dried Blueberries
  • 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cups Dried Cherries Or Raspberries
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut

Method

  • In a large bowl that has a lid, combine all ingredients stirring to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 or more hours. Stir before serving.
  • Notes:
  • We like to stir a little Dole fruit cup of pineapple including juices into a serving of this.
  • If it's too thick for you, as you dish it into servings you can thin it out with a strawberry yogurt or some cranberry juice to get it to a consistency that works for you.
  • Keep refrigerated.
