Ingredients

  • 4 sheets frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup prepared whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups blackberries

Method

  • Roll out each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 14x10-inch rectangle.
  • Cut into 12 (3-inch) circles with biscuit cutter.
  • Prick circles with fork.
  • Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  • Bake in 375 degrees F-standard oven 10 min.
  • or until golden brown, flattening with spatula after 8 min.
  • Beat cream cheese spread, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
  • Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  • For each serving: Spread each of 2 pastry circles with 1 tsp.
  • cream cheese mixture.
  • Top 1 of the circles with 1 oz.
  • strawberries and 1 tsp.
  • jam; cover with remaining pastry circle.
  • Top with 1/2 oz.
  • blackberries.
