Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 small boxes vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
  • Press into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and chill.
  • Beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Add half of Cool Whip.
  • Spread over crust; arrange half of strawberries.
  • Prepare pudding with milk; pour over strawberries and chill.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding; garnish with remaining strawberries.
