Ingredients
- 1 ounce Smith & Cross Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce Cynar
- 3/4 ounce sweetened ginger juice (see note)
- 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed juice from 1 lime
- Club soda (see note)
- Peychaud's bitters
Method
- Combine rum, Cynar, ginger juice, and lime juice in shaker with a small handful of pebble-sized pieces of cracked ice. Shake until fully chilled and diluted (about 15 seconds).
- Strain into iced filled Collins glass, top with club soda and three dashes Peychaud's bitters, serve.
