Ingredients

  • 50 ml raspberry vodka (stoli or absolut)
  • 15 ml Chambord raspberry liquor
  • 150 ml peach nectar
  • 150 ml champagne

Method

  • half fill 14oz tumbler with ice, add rapsberry vodka, chambord, and peach nectar
  • using a boston shaker cover tumbler with metal shaker, shake until condensation appears on side of shaker, tap lighly ona counter to release glass,
  • pour contents back into glass top up with champage and serve.
