Ingredients
- 1 can beer (room temp)
- 3 c. self rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add in beer and mix well till all the flour is kneaded in.
- Pour dough into a well buttered loaf.
- Don't FLOUR PAN.
- Spread the mix to the edge of the pan.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
