Ingredients
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. round steak, cut into 2 x 1/2-inch strips
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 c. milk
- hot cooked rice
Method
- Melt
- margarine
- in heavy skillet.
- Set aside.
- Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge steak strips in mixture.
- Brown in margarine.
- Add
- bouillon; cover and simmer 1 hour or until beef is
- very tender.
- Add milk;
- cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
