Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • hot buttered noodles

Method

  • Cut steak into thin strips. In skillet, brown meat and onion in butter. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Add mushroom soup. Cover. Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir now and then. Blend in sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings.
