Ingredients
- 1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- hot buttered noodles
Method
- Cut steak into thin strips. In skillet, brown meat and onion in butter. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Add mushroom soup. Cover. Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir now and then. Blend in sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings.
