Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) beef flavored rice (I use Rice-A-Roni)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 c. water
Method
- Combine rice-vermicelli mix with ground beef and eggs.
- Shape into meatballs in large skillet.
- Brown meat balls and drain off grease.
- Combine contents of seasoning packet and water.
- Pour over meat balls.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until thick gravy forms.
