Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 6 ounces yolk-free egg noodles (half a bag)
  • 10 34 ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 34 ounces 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
  • 14 cup 1% low-fat milk (more or less depending on how creamy you like it)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  • Cook egg noodles according to packaged directions and drain.
  • Combine in a casserole dish with all other ingredients.
