Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes or juice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans red kidney beans
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients and cook until veggies are tender, about 1 hour.
