Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 (12 oz.) bag egg noodles
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 c. water
Method
- Brown meat in butter or margarine. Add green pepper and onion. Saute until tender.
- Add 4 cups of water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer at least 1 1/2 hours.
