Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, creamed
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sifted flour
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- peaches
Method
- Peel and slice peaches.
- Fill baking dish 3/4 full of sliced peaches.
- Cover with 1/2 cup sugar and pour batter over.
- Bake 1/2 hour in 350° oven.
- Serve topped with ice cream.
