Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. bear roast
- garlic
- pepper
- Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
Method
- Rub roast with garlic and pepper.
- Place roast in a crock-pot or slow-cooker.
- Combine soup mix and stewed tomatoes.
- Pour over roast.
- Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
