Ingredients

  • 100 grams Kidney beans (plain cooked in water or with sugar)
  • 60 grams Processed cheese
  • 1 small Broccoli
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Heavy cream (or milk)
  • 1 dash of each Salt and pepper

Method

  • Divide the broccoli into small florets, boil and drain.
  • Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes.
  • Drain the cooked kidney beans very well.
  • Mix the mayonnaise and cream together to make the mayonnaise sauce.
  • Mix all the ingredients in Step 1 together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the mayonnaise sauce.
  • (I recommend using lots of pepper.)
  • Put on a serving plate.
