Ingredients
- 100 grams Kidney beans (plain cooked in water or with sugar)
- 60 grams Processed cheese
- 1 small Broccoli
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
Method
- Divide the broccoli into small florets, boil and drain.
- Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes.
- Drain the cooked kidney beans very well.
- Mix the mayonnaise and cream together to make the mayonnaise sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients in Step 1 together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the mayonnaise sauce.
- (I recommend using lots of pepper.)
- Put on a serving plate.
