Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 Tbs. diced onion
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 1 pinch of garlic salt + pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 cups dried onions
Method
- Meatballs:
- Mix all ingredients for meatballs in large bowl well. Then, roll into balls a little larger then golfballs. Place in 9x13 inch casserole dish, spacing evenly. Set off to the side, and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients for sauce in medium sauce pan. Heat on medium-low, stirring often. Continue heating until sauce begins to boil.
- Pour heated sauce into casserole dish, covering all meatballs in the process. Place casserole dish in oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
