Ingredients

  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tbsp honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 oz peanut oil

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Cut chicken breast into 8 evenly sized chunks.
  • Mix flour, ground black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Dip chicken into oil, then place on pan.
  • Discard remaining oil.
  • Scoop breading mixture into metal sifter.
  • Sprinkle onto chicken, while covering sides and top.
  • Place pan in oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove, drizzle bites with BBQ sauce, and return to oven for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, plate, and sprinkle crushed red pepper over top.
