Ingredients

  • bread Flatout
  • bbq sauce your choice
  • Granny Smith apple peeled & sliced
  • chicken breasts store bought cooked rotisserie, rough chopped
  • sharp white cheddar Vermont
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • scallion sliced, for garnish

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees - with a pizza stone if you have one, if not place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
  • Assemble the pizza on a pizza peel.
  • Brush the Flatout bread with a good amount of BBQ sauce. Layer on some of the chopped chicken, sliced apple, red onion and cheddar.
  • Pop into the oven for about 8-10 minutes until the bread is crisp and the cheese melted.
  • Garnish with some sliced scallion and enjoy!
