Ingredients
- bread Flatout
- bbq sauce your choice
- Granny Smith apple peeled & sliced
- chicken breasts store bought cooked rotisserie, rough chopped
- sharp white cheddar Vermont
- red onion thinly sliced
- scallion sliced, for garnish
Method
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees - with a pizza stone if you have one, if not place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
- Assemble the pizza on a pizza peel.
- Brush the Flatout bread with a good amount of BBQ sauce. Layer on some of the chopped chicken, sliced apple, red onion and cheddar.
- Pop into the oven for about 8-10 minutes until the bread is crisp and the cheese melted.
- Garnish with some sliced scallion and enjoy!
