Ingredients
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 diced onion
- 1 can vegelinks
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
Method
- Saute onions in margarine.
- Drain sauerkraut; rinse with warm water and steam for a few minutes.
- Mix soup with mayonnaise; add all ingredients and put in oiled casserole dish. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
