Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Put hamburger in heavy skillet.
- Add onion and small amount of water.
- Cook, keeping loose.
- Do not brown.
- When pink is gone from meat, add catsup, salt and chili powder.
- Simmer until meat is thoroughly cooked and seasonings blended.
- Let set for a while. Remove "oil" that comes to top.
