Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Flour, sifted
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 lb Fish Fillets
Method
- Beat Large eggs in small bowl 1 minute.
- Add in lowfat milk and beat 1 minute more.
- Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together; add in to lowfat milk mix.
- Add in oil and beat till blended.
- Dip fish into batter; allow to drain slightly.
- Fry in oil preheated.
- Drain on paper towels.
