Ingredients
- 1 large bunch fresh basil, stems removed
- 14 cup sherry wine vinegar or 14 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 34 cup olive oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
