Ingredients
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or more) or 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or more)
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large shallot, rough chopped
Method
- Combine oil, vinegar and salt and pepper in a blender and blend about 30 seconds until emulified.
- Taste and add more vinegar, by teaspoons, if desired.
- Add shallot and pulse until shallot is minced.
