Ingredients

  • 250 grams Bread flour
  • 4 grams Instant dried yeast
  • 10 grams Sugar
  • 2 grams Salt
  • 150 ml Water

Method

  • Put all of the ingredients in a bread machine, and leave until the end of the first proving.
  • (If you don't have a bread machine, knead by hand.)
  • Punch out the air out, cut into 6 pieces, roll into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Roll flat into teardrops.
  • Bake until golden in a frying pan heated on medium.
  • Voila!
