Ingredients
- 250 grams Bread flour
- 4 grams Instant dried yeast
- 10 grams Sugar
- 2 grams Salt
- 150 ml Water
Method
- Put all of the ingredients in a bread machine, and leave until the end of the first proving.
- (If you don't have a bread machine, knead by hand.)
- Punch out the air out, cut into 6 pieces, roll into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll flat into teardrops.
- Bake until golden in a frying pan heated on medium.
- Voila!
