Ingredients

  • 6 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 whole Red Onion (Large)
  • 1 head Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 ounces, weight Fresh Basil, Or To Taste
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Method

  • Dice up everything and throw it all together in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil (4 tablespoons is a guideline, but go ahead and just eyeball it), garlic salt to taste, and a couple shakes of black pepper.
  • Stir it all together to combine.
  • Its best if you can let it sit and allow the flavors to combine and get together for a while.
  • Eat on top of toasted bread, chips, on beef or chicken, even in hamburgers!
