Ingredients
- 6 whole Roma Tomatoes
- 1 whole Red Onion (Large)
- 1 head Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 ounces, weight Fresh Basil, Or To Taste
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
Method
- Dice up everything and throw it all together in a bowl.
- Add olive oil (4 tablespoons is a guideline, but go ahead and just eyeball it), garlic salt to taste, and a couple shakes of black pepper.
- Stir it all together to combine.
- Its best if you can let it sit and allow the flavors to combine and get together for a while.
- Eat on top of toasted bread, chips, on beef or chicken, even in hamburgers!
