Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds ribs cut into serving pieces
- 1-2 lemons sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teas + chili powder
- 1 teas salt
- 2 dashes Tobasco sauce
- 2 cups water
Method
- In a roasting pan cover ribs with slices of onion and lemons. And bake for 30 min at 450.
- Mix catsup and the rest of ingredients together and bring to a boil
- ( You can do this in the micro wave.)
- Pour sauce onto ribs and bank for 45 min to 1 hour until meat is tender. Baste every 15 minutes while cooking. If sauce gets too thick add a little water.
