Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds ribs cut into serving pieces
  • 1-2 lemons sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teas + chili powder
  • 1 teas salt
  • 2 dashes Tobasco sauce
  • 2 cups water

Method

  • In a roasting pan cover ribs with slices of onion and lemons. And bake for 30 min at 450.
  • Mix catsup and the rest of ingredients together and bring to a boil
  • ( You can do this in the micro wave.)
  • Pour sauce onto ribs and bank for 45 min to 1 hour until meat is tender. Baste every 15 minutes while cooking. If sauce gets too thick add a little water.
