Ingredients
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chile powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape in balls the size of a walnut.
- Place in flat pan, only one layer per pan.
