Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. precooked rice
- 1/2 c. extra hot catsup
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Tear a 3 foot length 18-inch foil.
- Fold in half to make a square.
- Make a pouch of foil.
- Add all ingredients, except butter. Add mushroom liquid, too.
- Seal and place on grill over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes.
