Ingredients
- 3 doz. clams
- 1/3 ketchup
- 1/4 sharp cheese
- 4 strips lean bacon
Method
- Shuck clams; loosen from shells.
- Leave clams on larger half-shells.
- Place in 1 1/2 to 2 inch deep baking pan.
- Place about 1/4 teaspoon ketchup on each clam.
- Add 1/2 inch slice cheese; top with 1/2 inch slice bacon.
- Broil for about 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
