Ingredients
- 1 lrg box macaroni cooked, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 stk margarine
- 1 lrg can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lrg onion minced fine
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese - (12 ounce)
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Method
- Oil crock pot, mix all ingredients, using only 1/2 of the grated cheese.
- Put mix in crock pot and put remaining cheese on top.
- Let simmer in crock pot for 4 or possibly more hrs.
