- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. water
- 8 large marshmallows
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 5 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Drain pineapple, saving 1/2 of juice.
- Set aside.
- In a saucepan, boil water, all jello and marshmallows.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Chill until partially set.
