Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • cherries
  • chopped nuts

Method

  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
  • Spread in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
  • Mix the powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick softened margarine; beat for 15 minutes, until fluffy. Spread over crust.
  • Spread the bananas and crushed pineapple over the first 2 layers.
  • Top the layers with the Cool Whip, cherries and chopped nuts.
