Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 to 10 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • chopped pecans
  • cherries

Method

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom of dish. In saucepan, melt butter. Add powdered sugar and eggs; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over crumbs. Place sliced bananas next. Pour pineapple over top of bananas. Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Garnish with pecans and cherries. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
