Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Pudding Mix, 3 Ounce Boxes
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 box Vanilla Wafers (10 Oz Box)
  • 6 whole Bananas
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip

Method

  • In a medium sized bowl combine the pudding mixes with 3 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 3 ounces of sour cream. Smooth the top of the pudding mixture and then add a layer of Vanilla Wafers and then add a layer of sliced bananas. The last layer is Cool Whip.
  • Allow the pudding to sit in the refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight. Everyone loves this. In the past, if I've been out of sour creme I have used cream cheese and it worked well. If you do this, use the same amount of cream cheese but make sure it is at room temperature before adding it into the pudding and milk mixture.
