Ingredients
- 2- 1/2 cups bread flour sifted
- 3/4 cup cornmeal stone ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoons butter cut into 4 pieces
- 5 ounces milk 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
- 3/4 cup bananas mashed, ripe
Method
- Process the ingredients according to the manufacturer's instructions 2.
- Add mashed banana to milk in machine.
- Set machine on "light crust" setting.
