Ingredients

  • 2 lb Package of Chicken Thighs (about 6)
  • 2 lb chicken Drums (about 6)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 clove garlic cloves
  • 1 can (6 ounce ) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Method

  • Cook chicken in Olive oil in a hot skillet medium heat until slightly brown on all sides, chopped garlic to skillet Saute over medium heat for two minutes.
  • Add tomato paste,1/2 cup chicken broth, stirring loosen from skillet.
  • Add 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar and 3 tablespoons
  • Of honey on medium heat bring glaze to a simmer, cook uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is done, spoon glaze mixture over chicken and sprinkle with green onions.
