Ingredients
- 2 c. scallops (1 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 c. mushrooms
Method
- Parboil scallops for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drain and cut up. Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until brown.
- Blend in flour and milk.
- When thickened, add scallops and pour into casserole. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until brown.
