Ingredients
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt and thyme
- dash of pepper
Method
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Shape into patties; place in lightly greased shallow baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Makes 3 servings.
- May double recipe.
