Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoons Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoons Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 4 whole Large Potatoes, Washed And Cut Into 1/8's
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Mix thyme, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  • Place the potatoes into a gallon size freezer bag. Add olive oil and the parmesan cheese/spice mixture to the bag. Seal the bag and shake until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Once thoroughly coated, dump onto the prepared cookie sheet and spread in a single layer. Bake 45 minutes or until tender and lightly golden brown, flipping once while cooking.
