Ingredients
- 3/4 c. macaroni (uncooked)
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions until barely tender.
- Drain well. Return to saucepan.
- Add sour cream, cheese and milk.
- Mix well. Put into small greased baking dish; sprinkle on paprika.
- Bake at 325° for about 25 minutes.
- Serves 2.
