- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed completely
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
Method
- Combine all but last ingredient, pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
- Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
