- fish fillets
- Tony Chacheres
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 to 2 lemons, cut in thin slices
Method
- Lay fillets on large cookie sheet, skin side down.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and butter.
- Place lemon slices on each fillet. Cook, uncovered, at 350° about 45 minutes or until thin edges get crisp.
