Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillets
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- dash of paprika
- lemon wedges (if desired)
Method
- Thaw fish enough to separate.
- Arrange on buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with pepper and dot with margarine.
- Spread shrimp soup over fillets; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
