Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. milk, scalded
Method
- Combine eggs, sugar, salt, instant coffee and vanilla.
- Add milk gradually, stirring vigorously.
- Pour into custard cups. Place in pan of hot water and bake in 375° oven for about 20 minutes.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Unmold on serving dishes, if desired. Also good with whipped cream.
