Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- dash of white pepper
- 1 tomato, sliced
- milk
- cod fillets
Method
- Put tomato slices in bottom of baking dish.
- Dip fillets in milk and arrange on top of tomato slices.
- Spread crumb mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
