Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast filets
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 c. Thousand island salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Arrange chicken in greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Drain sauerkraut; squeeze dry.
- Spread over chicken.
- Top with Swiss cheese.
- Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Yields 4 servings.
