Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms or 2 small cans
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked
Method
- Put raw rice in bottom of 9-inch casserole.
- Add mushroom soup and cream of celery soup, diluted with water.
- Add diced celery and sliced mushrooms; mix.
- Skin and split chicken breasts.
- Salt and pepper.
- Place in casserole; cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 4 to 6.
