- 1 large cauliflower, separated
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 5 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Cook
- cauliflower
- rosettes
- in simmering, salted water until done.
- Stir
- soup,
- cheese,
- mayonnaise, curry and nuts together. Place
- in
- quart casserole.
- Add cauliflower and mix well. Toss bread crumbs in margarine and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
