Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (14)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Mix hamburger, milk, salt, cracker crumbs and onion.
- Make into meatballs.
- Put in 9 x 13 pan (shallow pan).
- Mix together catsup, vinegar and brown sugar.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
