Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- Place slices into micro-safe dish.
- Mix honey and orange juice and pour over apple slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Toss to coat well.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
- Stir.
- Recover and micro 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Yields 4 servings.
